A foundation built on one simple idea — no one should be left without help
M Noor Foundation began with a handful of volunteers delivering ration bags to families nobody else was reaching. Today we run six ongoing programs, but the way we work has not changed: we go to the household, verify the need, and stay with the family until they are steady again.

What we do
Six programs, one purpose
Each program runs year-round and is funded separately, so you can give to the cause closest to your heart.
Healthcare & Medical Aid
Free medical camps, subsidised treatment, medicines and diagnostic support for patients who would otherwise go without care.
Food & Ration Support
Monthly ration hampers for families living below the line, hot meals in underserved neighbourhoods, and seasonal food drives.
Clean Water Access
Hand pumps, filtration units and water points installed where the nearest safe water is still hours away on foot.
Orphan & Widow Care
A monthly stipend, schooling and healthcare for orphaned children, and skills training that helps widowed mothers earn independently.
Emergency Relief
Rapid response when floods, earthquakes or harsh winters hit — shelter, blankets, clean water and emergency food within days.

We keep our overheads deliberately small. Here is how a typical year of donations is allocated across the foundation.
They did not just hand us a ration bag and leave. They came back the next month, and the month after, until my sons were back in school and I had work. That is what made the difference.

Ask a questionIs my donation Zakat-eligible?
Yes. Zakat is held in a separate ledger and given only to recipients who are eligible under Zakat rules — no part of it is spent on administration or overheads. Please mention that your transfer is Zakat when you send us the receipt so we allocate it correctly.
How do I send a donation?
By bank transfer or mobile wallet to the foundation account — the details are on our Donate page. Once you have transferred, send us the receipt on WhatsApp or by email along with your name, and we will confirm it.
Can I choose which program my donation supports?
Yes. Each of our six programs is funded separately, so you can direct your donation to education, healthcare, food and rations, clean water, orphan and widow care, or emergency relief. Just tell us which when you send your receipt. If you do not specify, it goes to the general fund and is used wherever the need is greatest that month.
How do I know my donation reached someone who genuinely needs it?
Every case is visited and assessed at home before any support is approved — we look at income, dependants, health and schooling, and we follow up monthly. Donations are recorded against their receipt once the transfer is confirmed, and you receive an acknowledgement.
Can I set up a monthly donation?
Please do — regular giving is the most useful support we receive. A standing instruction from your bank is the simplest way. Predictable income is what lets us commit to a family for a full year rather than a single month, which is when support actually changes things.
How do I apply for help, or refer a family?
Contact us with the family’s situation and location — anyone can refer a household, including the family themselves. Every request is treated confidentially, and a team member will arrange a visit to assess the case.
